Ban Restore is a game mechanic added in Update 17 (part 2), for the players that have been reset or banned (from Blox Fruits) without any reason. The message gives the player 2 choices: To restore the data BEFORE the player got reset / banned. or Keep the player's current save-file. This only existed for update 17.2. (this was found through "unethical ways"/exploits, and looking at the game's GUI files, was a leak along time ago, but no reports if it ever being used.)
