The Circus Arc is the fourth arc of the Kuroshitsuji manga. Sebastian Michaelis and Ciel Phantomhive have entered a room of the Scotland Yard to get files and information, taking advantage of Arthur Randall's absence. They are researching about the children they have been asked to investigate and determined that there had been no increase in corpses. Fred Abberline is distressed that he would be scolded since they are illegally getting information despite Ciel telling Abberline to just blame him
