Detective Wayne Kirsch, also known as Detective Bailey, is the main antagonist of Scream VI. He is a detective in New York who orchestrated a plan to complete Richie's requel. Along with his two children, Ethan Landry and Quinn Bailey, and also a pawn called Jason Carvey, Wayne's ultimate goal was to finish Richie's requel and avenge his death by "punishing" and killing Samantha and her allies.
