Frankie was a minor character in Scream VI, who was a rapist fraternity boy and tried to take advantage of Tara Carpenter at the Omega Kappa Beta party. Chad Meeks-Martin intervenes and gets into a physical altercation which is ended when Sam Carpenter arrives at the party and tases Frankie in the testicles.
