Pakkoyan (パッコヤン, Pakkoyan) is a Narehate in The Village of Iruburu and one of the original first inhabitants of it as a former member of Ganja. Pakkoyan has short hair with long bangs and wears a headpiece slightly reminiscent of Delver gear. She is mono eyed with one big eye in the center of her face and has growths on the left and right of her head reminiscent of dog ears.
