Truly one of the most unique features of PE Design/Palette 11 software, Photostitch is unlike other types of embroidery as it creates a tapestry with thread. Think of it more as digital thread painting than an actual embroidery design. In class we will cover the different types of Photostitch: Color, sepia, gray and monochromatic. Color and mono. Class will cover what images are suitable, adjusting the sharpness, brightness, contrast and color saturation, using clipping masks and creating custom thread charts. I’ll also share some of my editing tricks. Images will be provided for class so you can get a working knowledge on what pictures work and why. In the last class you will be working on your own images. Please note: make sure you sign up for class with the same email address you want class materials sent to Class will consist of three, 2-hour sessions via Zoom, 6 hours total. Each class is recorded for you to watch later if you are unable to attend live. Class video and extra video will be posted in the private Facebook group.
