Toby Regbo (October 18, 1991) is an English actor. He portrayed King Francis on Reign. Born in England, Regbo attended the Latymer Upper School in Hammersmith. His father's family was Norwegian and his mother was British. His grandfather was an Italian ship captain and his grandmother was an Australian ballerina.
